STRESS AND ANXIETY YOGA CLASS
Stress and Anxiety Relief class will help you to reduce tension and stress in your body through a sequence of movement and breath work designed specifically to activate the parasympathetic nervous system and the lymphatic system to release toxins from the body and encourage rest and digest.

MOM AND ME YOGA
Mom and Me yoga class for parents and children ages 5+ to practice together through a really fun partner based sequence of poses. The children are offered a craft project to work on halfway through the class to allow for the parents to get some much needed restorative poses.

WOMEN BALANCE YOGA
Hormone Balancing classes for women to balance their hormones. One of the main causes of hormone imbalance is stress. This sequence will take you through some endocrine balancing postures which has been known to, over time, balance your hormone function and improve overall health.

POSTURE CORRECTING YOGA CLASS
Posture correction classes will take you through a series of heart opening stretches to improve circulation and stretch out your shoulders and upper vertebrae. This class will leave you feeling taller and stronger.

HIP OPENING YOGA CLASS
Hip Opener classes for women (or men) with tight hips. We sometimes hold stress in our hips similar to how we hold it in our shoulders and neck. Through a series of hip opening postures your body can release stress and open your hips to relieve any discomfort.

LOWER BACK PAIN YOGA CLASS
Lower Back Pain classes for men and women who have tight lower back muscles. Whether this is due to over use, or is a constant issue for you, this sequence will take you through a series of postures to strengthen your lower back, core and pelvic muscles to improve lower back pain and increase mobility from your neck all the way down to your toes.

HEADACH AND/OR MIGRAINE YOGA CLASS
Headache or Migraine classes for those who struggle with regular headaches or migraines. This series has been known to be very helpful in both easing the effects of headaches and migraines and potentially reducing the frequency that some people experience with these symptoms.

PRE-TEEN YOGA CLASS
Pre-teen classes designed for young girls or guys ages 10-13 and puts emphasis on self love and listening to your body needs. Studies have shown that starting yoga at an early age can increase self confidence and can get young teens involved in healthy movement.

CORE STRENGTHENING YOGA CLASS
Core strengthening classes for women or men that are looking to increase core strength including abdominals, obliques, low lumbar muscles and pelvic supporting muscles. You will leave this class feeling strong and ready to face the day.

SLEEP IMPROVEMENT YOGA CLASS
Sleep yoga does not mean we sleep through class, but it will leave you feeling ready to climb into your bed for a full restful night of sleep. This series will take you through some breathing exercises and other movements to help slow your heart rate down and help you turn your mind off for a great night of sleep.
