Service Description

Sleep Improvement yoga does not mean we sleep through class, but it will leave you feeling ready to climb into your bed for a full restful night of sleep. This series will take you through some breathing exercises and other movements to help slow your heart rate down and help you turn your mind off for a great night of sleep.
